Powhatan Virginia’s Jason White had a need for speed at a young age. In five years Jason won six Virginia state titles and finished in the World Karting Association top-ten in three classes. Eventually he moved up to the Mid-Atlantic Modified Tour where he scored eight victories and more than 25 top-ten finishes.
Jason’s NASCAR debut was in 1999 in the Nationwide Series he joined the NCWTS in 2001 running partial schedules for numerous teams until joining the series full time in 2007. In 2008 he ran for SS Green Light Racing and was united with Crew Chief Doug Howe who followed White to the newly formed GunBroker.com team in 2009.
White had a breakout season finishing sixteenth in points while scoring two top-five and four top-ten finishes while leading 99 laps.
Jason had an average start of 15th and an average finish of 18th, both career bests. White has made 40 starts in the NNS in addition to 79 career starts in the NCWTS.
In 2010 the GunBroker.com Racing team will join forces with SS Green Light racing to combine their efforts for even better on-track results.
